Boards were designed for collaborative work of all teams in a company. However, your team gets all the benefits even if others are still thinking or onboarding.
Here is how you do it:
1. Add a system container for your team. Define all services, users, and third-party systems.Use this board to drive discussions in your meetings, store decisions and technical debt, and onboard new team members.
2. Create empty system containers for the other tribes and teams. This way, you can define your contract responsibilities and add data that your team consumes.
3. If other teams show up, they will detail their areas. If not, you still get all the benefits.

Send an invite for another team when creating an empty system container
They will fill their space with details once they accept.
