🗓️ Prepare

1. Schedule a retrospective meeting, select one of our Topic templates.
2. Share a link with your team.
3. Team members will share their feedback privately, on their own time, well before the meeting.

💬 Discuss & Make Decisions

1. Once the meeting starts, you will go through the selected flow (Icebreaker, KUDOs, whatever is enabled in your template).
2. Reach the final step where you discuss all notes and create action items.
3. Create topics and sort notes manually as a group, or use AI to do it for you.
4. All notes sorted into topics? Time for review.
5. Review each topic and create action items. Select a time limit and a person who is going to present each topic.

Works with Catalog, Health Check, and Free Notes

Using a template with Health Check and Catalog? It works exactly as before, with one exception: we have disabled the ability to make decisions on notes while reviewing Health Check and Catalog. The whole note review experience is now concentrated in the final step for a better experience.

You can still use Health Check and Catalog to track trends in your team. If you prefer the old way of reviewing notes in each step, you can change the settings of your template in the Flow Builder.
