Best sprint retrospective I've done

Using this tool was the first time I saw my team excited to do a retrospective. The structured format makes inputing data easy. The outputs are actionable and can be tracked over time. I was concerned the flow would restrict the feedback quality and discussion time, but the opposite was true – the feedback was much more detailed and it created more space for discussion. Great mix of structure and still preserving what's important with a retro, while providing crucial value add of tracking changes to how team is performing over time.
